Ittihad Kalba managed to secure very important three points with a 1-0 away victory when they were hosted by Khorakkan in ADNOC Pro League's twelfth match-week.
The visitors took the initiative and scored the game's lone goal three minutes before the end of the first period through Omar Al Khodaim, as the guests took advantage of Khorfakkan being down to 10 men after their striker Douglas Tanque received his second yellow card only 22 minutes into the game.
Al Khodaim found no trouble in putting the ball into the net after Robert Zulj's perfect cross went past all defenders to reach the unmarked striker.
Following this triumph Ittihad Kalba took an wonderful leap to land into the sixth spot of the table with 18 points, whereas Khorfakkan are currently lying in ninth with their 15 points.
