Sharjah and Shabab Al Ahli shared the spoils in the top-of-the-table game during matchweek 19 of the ADNOC Pro League.
The draw secured the seven-point gap for Shabab Al Ahli at the top of the table, while Sharjah are second with 41 points.
Shabab Al Ahli should have broken the deadlick after four minutes when they were awarded a penalty kick, but Sharjah's goalkeeper was the hero as he parried away Cartabia's shot.
Nine minutes after the break, Guilherme Da Silva cut inside the penalty area and unleashed a shot, but Sharjah's keeper was on time again.
The two sides tried to secure the three points through several attempts , but the goalless decided the game.
