Pierre Kunde's 87th-minute stunner snatched a 3-2 win for Dibba Al Hisn in matchweek 19 of the ADNOC Pro League on Saturday.
This win handed Dibba Al Hisn their 13th point, keeping them in the 13th spot, while Al Ain sit 6th with 29 points.
It was a crazy match as Dibba Al Hisn thought that they had secured the three points after taking a 2-0 advantage in the first half, but Al Ain had another opinion as they came from behind to draw 2-2.
The hosts refused to drop the three points and Kunde was the hero after sealing the victory three minutes before the time.
Pierre Kunde had found the stunning breakthrough in the 45th ahead of the break.
Kunde took a free kick from the edge of the box. With a masterful, delicate touch, he sent the ball into the top corner, leaving goalkeeper Khalid Eisa motionless.
Three minutes later, Joao Vitor reached Haithem Jouini's pass before the onrushing goalkeeper and slotted the ball into the back of the net to cement his side's lead.
Soufiane Rahimi pulled one back for Al Ain ten minutes after the break with a clinical finish from a close range.
Laba Kodjo latched onto a pinpoint cross from Alejandro Romero to nod the ball into the bottom corner, hitting the equalizer for Al Ain eight minutes before the time.
Pierre Kunde was the saver again as he pulled a late winner in the dying moments to pull of their league's third win during the ongoing season.
The Cameroonian was set up inside the box by Alioune Ndour as the former slotted the ball into the bottom left corner.
