Goals from Soufiane Rahimi, Laba Kodjo, Ahmed Barman and Cristian Guanca handed the ADNOC Pro League champions Al Ain a 4-0 away win over Ajman in matchweek 25 at Rashid bin Saeed stadium on Sunday.
The visitors took an early lead after just 14 minutes when Rahimi met Guanca's cross from a corner with a clinical finish from the six-yard box.
The ADNOC Pro League's top scorer Kodjo cemented his side's lead at the hour mark after making a nice move from the midfield, cutting inside the penalty area and beating Ajman's defence before sending the ball into the bottom right corner of the net with a smart right-footed finish.
The visitors added the third goal when Barman picked up Kodjo's through pass inside the penalty area, before tapping the ball into the back of the net in the 71st minute.
Four minutes before the time, Guanca added the fourth goal of the night when he capitalised on a ricochet inside the box and hammered the ball into the back of the net after beating the goalkeeper.
This result means Al Ain manage to maintain their ten-point lead at the top of the table, while Ajman sit seventh with 32 points.
