Al Wahda and Al Nasr played out a 2-2 draw at Al Nahyan Stadium in the final Matchweek 26 of the ADNOC Pro League on Wednesday.
It took 46 minutes for the deadlock to be broken and the first goal of the night went to Al Nasr's when Mehdi Abeid teed Diaa Saba up as the latter brilliantly cut inside the box and rounded Al Wahda goalkeeper before slotting home into the empty net.
In the 54th minute, the hosts were awarded a penalty after Rayane Benssy was brought down inside the box by Abdulla Al Balooshi, prompting the referee to point to the spot and Omar Khribin stepped up and convered it into the bottom corner to make it 1-1.
It didn't take long time for the visitors to take the lead again when Toze floated a cross into the penalty area, where Glauber Lima climbed above Al Wahda's defence and fired a powerful header into the back of the net.
In the dying embers, Ismaeil Matar managed to bring the hosts level, when he met Ruben Filipe's superb cross with a powerful header that nestled into the far corner of the net.
The result means Al Wahda end the season in third place with 53 points in the bag, whereas Al Nasr ended their campaign in seventh place with 33 points.
