The Brazilian forward broke the deadlock in the injury time of the first half with a strong header that nestled into the net, giving a lead for his side.
In the 54th minute, Anatole Bertrand restored parity for the hosts when he climbed above Al Wasl's defense and fired a powerful header into the back of the net.
Oliveira grabbed his brace and sealed the victory for his side in the 74th minute when he met Fabio De Lima's through pass with a right-footed shot into the net.
