Florin Tanase's first-half goal guided Al Jazira to snatch a 1-0 win over Dibba in the first leg of the ADIB Cup's first round.
Al Jazira took the lead after eight minutes when Salim Rashid whipped over a brilliant cross inside the penalty area, where Tanase met with a glancing header into the bottom corner.
The second leg between the two clubs will take place on Friday, November 25th, at Mohammad bin Zayed Stadium.
