Al Nasr and Al Wahda shared the spoils in the ADNOC Pro League after playing out a 1-1 draw in matchweek nine at Al Maktoum Stadium on Friday.
Al Nasr went ahead after 18 minutes when Manolo Gabbiadini ran onto a superb upfield pass from Moussa Ndiaye to break the offside trap as Gabbiadini made no mistake and drilled the ball into the back of the net. It is the first goal for Gabbiadini at Al Maktoum stadium in the ADNOC Pro League.
Eleven minutes after the break, Omar Khribin restored the parity for Al Wahda from the spot after stroking the ball into the bottom corner of the net.
The result means that Al Wahda are fourth with 16 points, while Al Nasr sit tenth with 9 points.
