A Goal from Leandro Spadacio leite was the difference for Ittihad Kalba in a 1-0 away win over Al Wahda in matchweek two of the ADNOC Pro League at Al Nahyan Stadium on Saturday.
The visitors are in eighth place after they have secured their first victory of the 2022-2023 ADNOC Pro League season, bouncing back from their 2-0 defeat to the newly-promoted Al Bataeh in the league opener, while Al Wahda remain in 10th place with just one point.
Leandro broke the deadlock in the 34th minute when he turned Abdulaziz Hamad's brilliant cross into the back of Rashed Ali's net with a brilliant left-footed effort.
The visitors could have doubled their lead when unlucky Ahmed Alnaqbi sent a long-range volley, but the ball hit the cross-bar.
