Khorfakkan advanced to the quarter-finals of the ADIB Cup after pulling off a 6-3 aggregate win over Al Wasl at Zabeel Stadium.
It took just seven minutes for Khorfakkan to take the lead when Antonio Junior looked up and spotted Al Wasl goalkeeper Khaled Saif Alsenaani well off his line.
Then with a beautiful swing of his right boot, Junior pinged the ball into the far corner of the net.
Eleven minutes before the two teams headed to the dressing rooms for the break, Aylton Filipe cemented his side's lead when he was teed up by Masoud Sulaiman Alhammadi inside the box; as he kept his composure and drilled the ball into the back of the net.
Filipe sealed the victory when he pounced on a long pass from Mehdi Abeid to beat the goalkeeper and pass the ball into the back of the net.
The Portuguese forward hit his hat-trick in the injury time with a clinical finish from close range.
