Youssoufou Niakate's 88th-minute goal secured a point for Bani Yas after holding a 1-1 draw with Ajman in matchweek 26 of the ADNOC Pro League on Saturday.
The result means that Ajman finished the ongoing season in seventh place with 34 points, while Bani Ya sat tenth with 26 points.
The first half between both teams was cagey as there were no real threats towards both goalkeepers.
Rocky Marciano gave the lead for Ajman in the 78th minute when he towered above Bani Yas' defense to head in Mohamed Nasser's cross.
The equalizer was quick to follow after ten minutes when Youssoufou Niakate ran onto an upfield pass from Gastón Suarez to break the offside trap and drilled the ball into the back of the net.
