Hatta settled a six-goal thriller at Emirates Club Stadium after sealing a 4-2 away win over Emirates in matchweek seven of the ADNOC Pro League on Friday.
Hatta needed seven minutes to break the deadlock when Ali Al Asbahi picked up the ball inside the box and skipped past a defender before chipping the ball over the goalkeeper.
Three minutes later, a swerving cross from Alexander Merkel forced Suhail Abdulla Ibrahim to turn the ball into his net to make it 2-0 for Hatta.
Another own goal from Fahad Sabeel cemented Hatta's lead in the 25th minute when he inadvertently turned Ayman Rchoq's cross into his net.
Alexander Merkel added the fourth goal when he climbed above the Emirates' defense to head in Sultan Al Bedwawi's cross.
Salim Ali Alhammadi reduced the deficit for the hosts with a sublime strike from the outside the box into the bottom corner of the net.
It seems the night of own goals, as Tamimou Ouorou failed to clear Franck Com's cross and put the ball into his net, adding the second goal for Emirates.
The result means that Hatta are 14th with 3 points, while Emirates sit 12th with five points.
