Ittihad Kalba and Hatta played out a goalless draw at Ittihad Kalba Stadium in matchweek 12 of the Arabian Gulf League on Thursday.
No real chances were created in the first half. Kalba were reduced to 10 men in the 69th minute, when Majed Almherzi was sent off in the 69th minute after he received a second booking.
Hatta came close to opening the scoring in the 79th minute after Alhusain Saleh fired a powerful shot from inside the penalty area but the ball hit the bar.
In the dying moments of the game, Hatta almost snatched a late victory, but Kalba keeper Jamal Alsarrah blocked a header, as the game ended in a draw.
Ittihad Kalba raised their tally to 19 points in the sixth place, while Hatta have 2 points at the bottom of the table.
