Abdalla Ghanim's goal was the difference for Sharjah in a 1-0 win over Al Nasr at Al Maktoum Stadium on Saturday.
It took 35 minutes for Sharjah to break the deadlock when Abdalla Ghanim timed his run perfectly to head in Marcus Vinicius' cross.
The result means that Sharjah sit fifth with six points, while Al Nasr are bottom with zero points.
