UAE Pro League commenced the third module of the annual Capacity Building Program for professional clubs' employees, last week.
The program invests in, and develops, club staff in order to maximize the potential of each club and support the Pro League to accomplish the desired goals in accordance with its 2020-2030 strategic plan.
The current module of the program will be held over the next ten weeks and will be customized for clubs' Marketing Managers.
This follows successful modules for Chief Executive Officers and Human Resources Manager earlier this year.
The Marketing Module is focused on familiarizing participants with global best practice in marketing and communications at football clubs.
This will take place through two remote video conferencing workshops followed by a mentorship for each of the 14 Marketing Managers with globally-accredited experts.
Each mentorship will be tailor-made to the needs of the specific club and Marketing Manager as they seek to implement their annual marketing plan, as per the requirements of Pro League Club Licensing.
Such education programs were started by the UAE Pro League 3 years ago and have facilitated a range of new initiatives and greater efficiencies at the clubs.
The involvement of relevant global expertise in all fields has enabled a range of support for clubs to inspire and support club staff in the long term development of professional football in the UAE.
