The Dutch football legend, Johan Cruyff said: “Playing football is very simple, but playing simple football is the hardest thing there is.”
The quote indicates the nature of football presented by the trio of managers nominated for the “Best Leader" award, including, Al Ain’s Sergiy Rebrov, Ajman’s Goran Tufegdzic, and Sharjah’s Olaroiu Cozmin.
It is expected that the winning manager will be announced at the highly-anticipated season awards ceremony, which will be held at Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi on August 27, as the best in 15 categories will be honored during the ceremony.
Each of the three managers has various techniques for training, as one may prefer possessing the ball, building up a strong defensive line and depending on counter-attacks, or pressing the ball in all areas, but, eventually, all of them share the same target of scoring goals and winning matches.
