How Goals Are Scored in the ADIB Cup Finals ?

A total of 32 goals have been scored from open play, compared to six from indirect free kicks and five from penalties.

 

Only one goal has come from a direct free kick and another from a corner, highlighting the dominance of open-play scoring in ADIB Cup finals.

 

 

In terms of timing, the highest number of goals were scored in the opening stages, with 12 goals between the 1st and 15th minutes. This is followed by seven goals between minutes 16 and 30, and five between 31 and 45.

 

 

 

In the second half, four goals were scored between minutes 46 and 60, seven between 61 and 75, and eight between 76 and 90, in addition to two goals in extra time.

 

 

Overall, finals have seen 24 goals scored in the first half, compared to 19 in the second half, and two in extra time.

 

 

Most goals have come from inside the penalty area, with 42 goals, while only three have been scored from outside the box.

 

 

The data also shows that starting players have had the biggest impact, scoring 39 goals, while substitutes have contributed six goals, emphasizing the importance of the starting lineup in deciding ADIB Cup finals.
