Al Wasl will host Al Jazira in a highly anticipated clash in the first leg of the ADIB Cup's semi-final at Zabeel Stadium on March 17th.
This marks Al Wasl’s eighth appearance in the tournament’s last four.
The Emperor aim for a positive result before the second leg, hoping to take a crucial step towards the final and secure their first-ever title in the competition.
Historically, Al Wasl had played 115 matches, securing the victory on 52 occasions with a 45% win rate, drawing in 24, and losing 39.
They have scored 182 goals and conceded 172.
Notably, this will be the first-ever knockout stage meeting between Al Wasl and Al Jazira in the competition, as all their previous encounters took place in the group stage.
