The UAE Pro League is gearing up to conduct the draw for the 2024-2025 season of the ADNOC Pro League and the ADIB Cup.
This eagerly awaited event will occur at 12 PM on Saturday, July 6, at the Abu Dhabi Energy Center.
The draw will be attended by representatives from all professional clubs, along with various media outlets.
The Abu Dhabi Energy Center is the latest destination for the season draw organized by the UAE Pro League, which has traditionally held the draw in various facilities across the country's emirates, including the headquarters of the Ministry of Health in Dubai.
The Ministry of Health headquarters hosted the 2020-21 draw, under the slogan “Thank you, our first line of defense”, in an appreciation of the efforts exerted by "our first line of defense" in confronting the "COVID-19" pandemic.
The 2021-22 season draw, which took place at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR Hotel in Dubai adopted, for the first time, the smart match scheduling system, in an initiative that comes in line with the UAE Pro League 2020-2030 strategic plan.
The UAE Pro League 2020-2030 strategic roadmap seeks to achieve development in all aspects related to the UAE Pro League competitions while translating the UAE government’s smart vision into action and adopting best practices that serve the interests of Emirati football.
Meanwhile, Al Suhub Rest House in Sharjah hosted the 2022-23 draw ceremony, which adopted the smart match scheduling system.
The 2023-24 draw moved to take place in Abu Dhabi, as SeaWorld Yas Island hosted the draw.
SeaWorld is the first marine entertainment city in the Middle East, and the latest entertainment destination in the country, which plays an important role in spreading awareness of environmental issues and protecting marine life in Abu Dhabi, the UAE, and the region in general.
In line with the UAE Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031, the ADIB Cup draw for the 20t23-24 took place using artificial intelligence for the first time, as the robot Pepper participated in the draw ceremony for the tournament, and explained the competition format and the draw mechanism.
