The UAE Pro League will conduct the draw for the ADNOC Pro League and the ADIB Cup for the 2024-2025 season at 12 PM on Saturday, July 6.
The event will be held at the Abu Dhabi Energy Center in Abu Dhabi, featuring representatives from various clubs and media outlets.
This year's draw continues the tradition of hosting the event at prominent locations across the UAE. Previous draws have taken place at notable venues such as the Ministry of Health headquarters in Dubai, the Rixos Premium JBR Hotel in Dubai, Al Suhub Rest House in Khorfakkan, Sharjah, and SeaWorld on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.
The UAE Pro League has completed all technical preparations for the new season draw, which will use the smart electronic draw system introduced in the 2021-2022 season. This innovative system aligns with the UAE Pro League's 2020-2030 strategy, focusing on enhancing all aspects of professional football competitions, supporting the UAE Government's vision for smart governance, and promoting innovation and best practices in UAE football.
The draw ceremony for the 2024-2025 season will be hosted by former international star Ismail Matar and renowned media personality Tariq Alhammadi.
In June, the UAE Pro League held a workshop to discuss the upcoming 2024-2025 sports season schedule.
The workshop included board members, the technical committee, and representatives from professional clubs. Participants engaged in positive discussions about the new season's calendar, addressing various proposals and challenges.
