The ADNOC Pro League returns with another action-packed round as Matchweek 18 kicks off with unpredictable clashes over three days, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, February 26-28.
The action begins on Wednesday, February 26, with Khorfakkan hosting Al Wasl at 8:15 PM at Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Stadium.
Both teams enter the match with clear ambitions. Al Wasl, currently sixth with 27 points, are determined to break into the leading pack, while Khorfakkan, positioned tenth with 21 points, aim to climb further into mid-table security.
On Thursday, three matches will take center stage. The first encounter features Al Bataeh and Kalba at Khalid bin Mohammed Stadium.
Al Bataeh, sitting in twelfth place with 15 points, seek a crucial win to move away from the relegation battle, while Kalba, ninth with 21 points, look to strengthen its position.
Later that evening, one of the most anticipated matches of the round will see Al Wahda face Al Ain at Al Nahyan Stadium.
With only one point separating the two sides, Al Wahda, fourth with 28 points, and Al Ain with 29 points, are set for a thrilling contest that could reshape the standings.
At the same time, Ajman, currently eighth with 22 points, will take on Al Nasr, seventh with 26 points, in a crucial mid-table encounter at Rashid bin Saeed Stadium.
The final day of the matchweek on Friday will bring three decisive matches.
Al Orooba, struggling at the bottom of the table, face a challenging test against second-placed Sharjah.
Meanwhile, Al Jazira, positioned fifth with 27 points, host Dibba Al Hisn at Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium.
The matchweek concludes with a fiery clash between Shabab Al Ahli and Bani Yas at Rashid Stadium.
Shabab Al Ahli, the league leaders with 44 points, will aim to solidify their position at the top, while Bani Yas, sitting in eleventh place with 19 points, are determined to bounce back from its previous setback and distance themselves from the lower ranks.
