Al Jazira Lead ADIB Cup Scoring Charts With 225 Goals

The ADIB Cup returns on Saturday to kick off the 2026-27 season, with clubs across the UAE looking to add new achievements to the competition’s record books.

Ahead of the opening matches, historical statistics show Al Jazira as the highest-scoring club in ADIB Cup history, with 225 goals scored across their appearances in the competition.

Shabab Al Ahli are second with 215 goals, leaving them just 10 behind Al Jazira as the new season gets underway.

Al Ain and Al Wahda share third place with 210 goals each, while Al Wasl are fifth with 194 goals.

Al Nasr occupy sixth place with 170 goals, followed by Sharjah with 154.

Further down the ranking, Al Dhafra have scored 133 goals, while Bani Yas have registered 131. Ajman complete the top 10 with 106 goals.

The figures underline the strong attacking records built by several of the UAE’s leading clubs throughout the history of the competition, with Al Jazira currently holding the overall scoring record ahead of Shabab Al Ahli.

The ADIB Cup has also produced impressive numbers as a whole. A total of 756 matches have been played in the competition, with 562 ending in victory and 194 finishing in draws.

Across those matches, teams have scored a combined 2,266 goals, producing an average of three goals per game.

With the 2026-27 ADIB Cup beginning on Saturday, clubs will have another opportunity to add to those totals, challenge existing records and strengthen their place in the competition’s history while competing for the title.
