There’s no doubt that strikers and forwards are the fans’ favorites and the ones that usually make headlines for their goals and strikes. However, a goalscoring defender is something every team would love to have, and the 2020-21 Arabian Gulf League season boasted some goalscoring defenders that deserved the spotlight after netting 44 goals out of a total of 566 goals.

The 36-year-old netted four goals from inside the box (including a penalty and a headed goal) and one from outside the area. Naser also made 16 key passes, provided one assist, and made 340 successful passes in the opposition half.
