Al Maktoum Stadium,home to Al Nasr Club,will host the 17th edition of the UAE Super Cup, featuring a highly anticipated match between ADNOC Pro League and the UAE President’s Cup champions Al Wasl, and league runners-up Shabab Al Ahli.
This event reinforces the stadium’s status as a historic venue for UAE football, as it has already hosted six previous editions of the UAE Super Cup since the tournament’s inception in the 2008-2009 season.
Built in 1978, Al Maktoum Stadium underwent a comprehensive renovation and reopened in 2019 with a cutting-edge design that solidifies its place among the region’s premier sports venues.
The stadium boasts a seating capacity of 15,000 and features advanced facilities, including powerful floodlights designed to provide fans with an unparalleled viewing experience.
The renovations were completed in just under a year, encompassing 8,256 hours of meticulous work.
