Seven minutes before the hour mark, Alnoobi was the provider again when his cross was nodded in by Youssoufou Niakate at the far post.
Ajman pulled one back five minutes before the time when Lithierry Silva passed the ball across the floor and Waleed Azaro clipped it with a lovely first-time right-footed effort.
Juan Bauza killed the game in the dying moments as he latched onto a delightful pass from Lazar Markovic to add the third goal.
The result means that Bani Yas sit fifth with six points, while Ajman are 11th with zero points.
