UAE Pro League has announced the names of ADNOC Pro League's "The Best" monthly awards winners for October (sponsored by Etisalat), with nominees of top-of-the-standings Al Ain bagging every possible award for the previous month.
Kouame Autonne was voted "player of the month", Khaled Eissa won "goalkeeper of the month" award, whereas Al Ain's manger Serhiy Rebrov has made history being named "coach of the month" for the third time in a row.
The results were announced following a 48-hour window that fans were given to cast their votes on the Pro League's official website and smart phone application.
The goal-scoring defender Autonne has made some significant appearances in October scoring decisive goals against Shabab Al Ahly and Al Was, which comfortably pushed him ahead of other contenders; Ittihad Kalba's Ousmane Camara, Al Jazira's Abdullah Ramadan, and Al Wahda's duo Abdalla Hamad and Fabio Martinez.
Shot-stopper Khaled Eissa has received the highest votes as goalkeeper of the month beating both Shabab Al Ahly's Majed Naser and Ittihad Kalba's Jamal Abdullah, following the brilliant performance he has delivered throughout the month helping his team maintain the lead of the table with his vital saves.
As for coach of the month award, Al Ain's manager Serhiy Rebrov continued to monopolize the prize for the third consecutive month as voting saw him outrun Ittihad Kalba's coach Jorge Da Silva and Al Wahda's newly appointed manager Gregory Dufrennes.
