Sharjah continued their dominant run in the ADNOC Pro League with a convincing 4-0 victory over Al Jazira in Matchweek 3. The match, held at Khalid bin Mohammed Stadium, saw Sharjah secure their third straight win and move to the top of the league table with 9 points, while Al Jazira remains on 3 points.
The game’s momentum shifted early when Al Jazira’s Neeskens Kebano was sent off in the 13th minute, leaving them with 10 men. Sharjah quickly took advantage, with Luan Pereira opening the scoring in the 21st minute. Pereira, who has now scored three of Sharjah’s last four goals against Al Jazira, reached his 20th goal in the ADNOC Pro League.
Sharjah doubled their lead in the 30th minute when M. Ben Alarbi finished off a brilliant assist from Caio Lucas. Just before halftime, Ousmane Camara added a third goal in stoppage time, further extending Sharjah's dominance.
The second half saw Caio Lucas cap off the win with a fourth goal in the 82nd minute, sealing Sharjah’s 4-0 victory. With this result, Sharjah take a temporary lead in the league standings, leaving Al Jazira to rethink their approach after a tough defeat.
