UAE Pro League Announces Winners of 'Fans League' Awards during Matchweek 2

The UAE Pro League (UAEPL) announced the winners of the "Fans League" initiative during matchweek two of the ADNOC Pro League.

 

 

 

 

According to the UAEPL's new amendments to the 2022-23 Fans League, the prizes will be awarded to the clubs, which had the highest average fan attendance after the end of every matchweek in a step aimed to boost fan attendance.

 

 

 

The awards have been divided into two categories; the highest home attendance and the highest away attendance.

 

 

 

The 2021-22 ADNOC Pro League champions Al Ain claimed the first place of the highest home attendance valued at AED 60,000, while Sharjah gained AED 40,000 after they came second.

 

 

 

Meanwhile, the first spot of the Fans League's highest away attendance went to Al Wasl, who will earn AED 40,000, whereas Shabab Al Ahli will receive AED 30,000 after clinching the second position.

 

 

 

The UAE Pro League had set up two essential conditions to decide the Fans League winners: the minimum attendance must be no less than 2,500 fans for the hosts and 700 fans for the visitors.

 

 

 

The UAE Pro League had announced on Sunday, September 11th, that tickets for the matchweek three of the ADNOC Pro League are now available for online purchase via the UAEPL's official website www.uaeproleague.ae,and Platinumlist website "https://dubai.platinumlist.net/uae-pro-league."

 

 

 

Matchweek three will kick off on Thursday, September 15th, with four fixtures, the first of which will see Al Wasl host Dibba at 17:45.

 

 

 

At the same time, Ajman will clash against Sharjah at Rashid bin Saeed Stadium.

 

 

 

 

The third simultaneous game of the day sees Khorfakkan welcome Al Nasr at Saqr bin Mohammad al Qassimi Stadium for the 20:30 kick-off.

 

 

 

 

The last match of the day will be between Al Jazira and Al Ain at Mohammad bin Zayed Stadium.

 

 

 

The games continue on Friday, September 16th, with three clashes, two of which will take place at 17:45, while the third game will be held at 20:30.

 

 

 

The first match of the day will be between Bani Yas and Al Bataeh at Bani Yas Stadium. At the same time, Ittihad Kalba host Al Dhafra at Ittihad Kalba Stadium.

 

 

 

 

Matchweek three concludes with Shabab Al Ahli facing Al Wahda at Rashid Stadium.

 

 

 

Fans have been allowed to fill 100% of stadiums' capacity. The UAE Pro League had announced that fans, who'd like to attend the games, must present a 'Green Pass' in the Alhosn app or a negative PCR test conducted less than 96 hours before the match for unvaccinated fans.
